Female. Black-brown ; neck with crimson ring; abdomen crimson
above, the first two segments brown. Fore wing ,vith the vein
paler; a white spot below base of cell ; a small quadrate spot in
end of cell; a reniform spot beyond the cell between veins 10 and 5;
an indistinct curved subterminal series of whitish points. Hind
wing fuscous, whitish towards b1tse; prominently so on undersid e.
